Renovation to the Bronchoscopy room at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Existing finishes were removed and replace with new resilient flooring, Altro WhiteRock, and a new LEDiffuser ceiling. The room was constructed to be sealed to maintain a constant negative pressure, and a new HVAC unit was installed on the roof above to facilitate this. Hoarding and electrical work in the common hospital areas were done after hours with minimal impact to the hospital user groups.
