KDS was hired as the construction manager to oversee and lead the project team for this 3 phase renovation. An existing 3500 square foot office/clinic space was converted into an Urgent Primary Care Centre. Phase 1 was faced with tight scheduling demands and KDS was able to meet the short timeline by implementing a staggered trade tender, allocating extra resources to the project, and submitting alternate product requests.
