KDS has completed several LEED registered projects. Significant examples include:
- In 2003, constructed the City of White Rock Operations Building which was the first new LEED Gold building in Canada.
- Completed the $6.8 million Accelerated Infrastructure project at the Fraser Regional Correction Centre, a LEED Gold project.
